Access and eligibility
When you first contact us, our Intake and Assessment Coordinator will ask some questions to help us decide if we can provide the services you are requesting. Referral to Omega can be made by the NDIS participant/person seeking support, a family member, support coordinator, hospital, health professional etc. If we agree that Omega is the right provider, our next steps involve the preparation of a detailed quote for the cost of our services. We will also arrange to meet with you so we can complete a more detailed assessment and start to develop your support plan.
Our services are costed according to current NDIS pricing and when our quote is accepted, we use this information to develop a service agreement. The service agreement serves as a legal contract between you (the participant) and Omega (provider). The service agreement has information about what we have agreed to, for example, how and when Omega will provide your support, the total hours, all costs (including travel costs) and how to change or end the agreement.
