Omega’s team of direct support workers come from a range of backgrounds, and they are as diverse as the people we support. We work to understand the qualities you value in a support worker, and we will always endeavour to match you with a person who shares similar interests as well as having the right practical skills and experience.
Stephanie Green
CEO
Stephanie is a visionary leader with over 15 years of experience in public health and non-profit management. She holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Northwestern University and is a recognised expert in family health services.
Amina Ali
Mental health Counsellor
Amina is a licensed mental health counsellor who focuses on family well-being, especially in underserved communities. She holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and has spent the past 9 years working with families in crisis.
Arabella Smith
Family Therapist
Arabella holds a Master’s degree in Family Therapy from Columbia University and has spent the last 8 years helping families strengthen their relationships. She specialises in family dynamics, child development, and conflict resolution.

Women’s Health Specialist
Helen is a certified women’s health nurse practitioner with a strong background in maternal and child health. She earned her degree in nursing from Georgetown University and has spent the last decade working closely with women, particularly mothers, to ensure they have access to the necessary resources for their health..
Marcus Williams
Program Manager
Marcus is the driving force behind the implementation of our family wellness programs. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University, Marcus has over 10 years of experience designing and managing programs that focus on improving family dynamics and community engagement.
Joseph Campbell
Clinical Director
Joseph brings over 12 years of experience in clinical psychology, specialising in family and child mental health. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has worked extensively in both private practice and non-profit organisations.
